Cardio

Indoor Cycling
Swing into the “zone” for a super 45 minute cardio workout,  followed by a 15 minute ab workout.

Interval Spin
Work on your endurance, strength, and stamina by increasing and deceasing your heart rate throughout the workout.

Cardio Salsa
Fun and exciting authentic dance moves to heighten your cardiovascular workout!

Turbo Kick
A cardio kickboxing program designed to work all of your muscles by focusing on core motion. A fantastic and fun way to jab, cross, and kick into shape!

Mind & Body
Classic Yoga
A meditative class that brings together form and function of mind and body.

Yoga on Barre
Classic yoga moves incorporating the bar.

Beginning Pilates 'N Yoga
Learn exercises to increase muscle strength and balance. Develop core control and flexibility.

H2O Aerobics
Get off the floor and into the pool! A low impact but intense workout. Great for those with limited range of motion and joint stress.
